Call, email and Tweet your Representative to Stop Telecom Land Grab and Undermining of Citizens Rights to Block 5G/Small Cells!      

Thank you for helping stop the CA land grab by the wireless industry! Here's what to say when you are connected to your representatives office...

"Hi, my name is ------ may I ask whom I am speaking with?" They will give their first name. Then nicely say, "Hi -----, are you an intern or a paid staffer?" (sometimes interns can be careless with your message). If they are an intern, request to speak with a paid staffer, the Health Director, Legislative Director, or any paid staffer. If no one is available, leave your message with the intern, but request a call back from a a paid staffer.

If you get an answering machine, just leave the below message or one of your own.

"Hi, my name is ........and I am a constituent of ------ and am calling to request Senator/Assemblyman/woman ------ please reject any wireless bill that weakens citizens ability to reject 5G/small cells or wireless facility. Currently, SB 556, SB 378 and AB 537 have been introduced, their primary intent being to "streamline, speed up, skip environmental review or in any way possible, defeat citizens rights to protect themselves from the dangerous radiation emitting 5G/small cells or any wireless facility. Please ask Senator/Assemblyman/woman------ to REJECT these bills as they undermine our sovereign rights to health, life and property and please tell Senator/Assemblyman/woman ------ that we are being lied to by both the FCC and the wireless industry about the safety of wireless infrastructure and they are all currently being sued by multiple groups and citizens because of it.

Thousands of peer reviewed published studies show cancer, neurological illness, heart attack, genetic damage, kidney, intestinal, glandular and blood problems and lesser effects like loss of energy and migraine headaches and ringing in the ears. Even our own US National Toxicology Program's 10 year, $30,000,000 study showed "clear evidence of carcinogenic effects". Cancers found were brain, heart, liver, pancreas, pituitary and adrenal gland and prostate...basically the whole body.

The Telecom Act forces the installation of cellular antennas for voice calls. 5G and small cells are for data, not voice. It is orders of magnitude more powerful, is used as a weapon by our military and we should not have to accept even more damaging radiation in our homes and neighborhoods merely because this industry wants to make money on our private data.

We need to begin phasing out this invasive, unsustainable, damaging technology, not keep ramping it up. There are safer alternatives such as such as hard wired fiber optics which give us the same connectivity but with no health effects whatsoever.

Plus our property values can decline by approx. 20% when an antenna is stationed near a home.

Recently, the wireless industry has introduced 2 bills in our state, with the goal of decimating local gov and/or citizens ability to curtail 5G/small cell and/or other wireless facilities. The public is becoming increasingly aware of the problems these antennas bring as more and more people suffer health effects that they are beginning to correlate with their wireless radiation exposure. But it shouldn't have to come to that. By the time someone is aware they have been wireless radiation damaged, it is far too late to avoid the health effects they are experiencing.

Wireless radiation emitting antennas are a dangerous, unsustainable technology. However, fiber optics are not. This is a safe, sustainable alternative.
